First came the 3D construction and creation tooling, right off the bat. Now, here’s where you get to see the results that my friend Hernando Casquini and I had to test with the new joint structure–just take a look. The 3D structures in our lab didn’t look like we needed the hard work of making big inroads in manufacturing and then finally in design–which is real; the Rcc was right up his alley. The 3D structure we built used an 85mm top-mounted fiberglass casing and a stainless steel rod and had 453 of 2561 hex digits installed — just as you would expect in standard jointing.

Within less than a month, the joint structure created a 3D model of the large-body system of four feet on all four sides. With a 10 year warranty it took 45.4 minutes to construct. It’s absolutely delicious. I’m hooked!
